All cuts are now complete, just a bit of soil to go yet. We have completed the cuts for both the house and for landscaping at the back of the site. Next week we will be commencing preparation work (post holes) for retaining walls.
We have a 1032mm split and then two 1500mm retaining walls with a battered section up to the existing wall behind us.
We are currently investigating the best option. However, with the posts having to go 3500mm deep, I am a little hesitant to do it myself. Might just have to be a contractor, but again, that depends on the price of the quotes we get back.
